In Moonchild we meet the character of Michou, a

teenager with an affinity for science; specifically, space. Michou submits their science fair project into a national competition to win a trip to space only to find that space finds them first. Aliens travel to earth to find their

hero, Michou learns the true meaning of friendship, faith, and empathy.
